Dead Rat

 We finally caught one of the rats that has been living under the chicken coop.  I did not do chores the afternoon that I found this lying in the middle of the floor when I opened the coop door.  I was going out to get eggs and give the chickens some water, when I discovered the trap set off with this large something in it.  I called Josh and asked him if he'd do evening chores.  He said yes, before he asked why.  I was glad he was willing before I told him of the nasty little critter.  I really didn't want to step over that thing to get into the coop, even if it was dead!  Hopefully we can get rid of the rest of them soon!
