Please pray for Karen Becker and her family.  She just passed away from cancer on Saturday.  Darcy and Karen and their kids have become good friends since we moved to New Salem.  They have such a strong faithfilled family.  Their faith will definately pull them through this difficult time.  Darcy said that she went peacefully and that he is jealous that she gets to go to heaven before him. :)  Their kids, Ashley, Jennifer, Logan, and Levi seem to be doing pretty good.  They were at CCD this morning.  Logan is a second grader and volunteered to lead part of the Rosary today at the end of class.  He did a really good job!  Darcy even brought us milk today.  We'll all miss Karen, but she's in a better place.  I think that her family that is still here will do just fine with her watching over and praying for them from heaven.
